I guess some people would take this game seriously but I just couldn't stop laughing. Whilst your average super hero perhaps has the ability to fly, super human strength, or can scale walls, the hero of this game <em>Captain Novolin</em> has the power of Diabetes!

He's going to need to use every last bit of that super power to ward off the aliens who have disguised themselves as sugary treats such as doughnuts and ice creams. If he fails in his mission, the alien leader <em>Blubberman</em> will have his wicked way and make these sugary treats free to all!

The aliens also decide to kidnap the mayor of Pineville, who unfortunately is Diabetic and only has enough insulin to last him 48 hours!

Your quest consists of a bunch of simple jump and run levels in which you must dodge these aliens in their various forms and manage your medical condition by only eating what you are advised and injecting the right amount of insulin before each stage begins.
