An excellent street beat-em-up in the style of Final Fight. The heroine of the manga/animé series on which the game is based is a 14 year old school girl called Serena. Her name is actually Usagi in the original Japanese release.
Anyway, if you're not familiar with the story, one day she meets a magical talking cat called Luna. Luna tells her she is actually a Sailor Moon fighter and that she must find the lost Princess of the Moon Kingdom and fight the forces of evil. Her nemisis is Queen Beryl who symbolises everything bad in the world.
In the game you can choose between playing as Serena (Usagi :) or other Sailor Moon characters. As you would expect, each girl has their own special abilities.
You progress through the game by beating up and defeating all the bad guys you meet along the way. Once you have beaten every baddie in an area you move on to the next area until you clear the stage.
