The sequel to Aretha carries on right where the first left off. You regain your rightful place on the throne and people enjoy a peaceful life under your reign. However this peace does not last long and two adventurers wandering through the mountains meet a mysterious being threatening to destroy your kingdom! You consult your wise old grandmother and decide to go after this new threat with your most trusted companions.
Like the first, this game is also very much a console style RPG and you fight your enemies in turn based combat viewed in the first person. Your enemies can attack you from all sides and you should always be aware of which enemy you are facing and which you are vulnerable to. After a battle you can get a power up called a "soul" within the game, which can be used to upgrade your armour.
